HQ building of "APAVE" - Tunisia
The International Technical Inspection Agency "APAVE" - Tunisia built its headquarters building in Montplaisir, Tunis in 2017. This non-residential building comprises a single R+5 block and has in total a built-up area of 1824 m². The main measures to save energy are thermal insulation of exterior walls and roof terraces, double glazing, high energy efficiency air conditioning system, energy efficient lighting with presence and motion detectors. The implementation of these measures resulted in an annual energy savings of electricity of around 43.1 MWh.
