HQ building of ENDA tamweel in Tunisia

Enda Inter-Arabe built the headquarters of Enda tamweel in El Khadra district in Tunis in 2011. This Office Building comprises 5 floors and has in total a built-up area of 2917 m². The main measures implemented to save energy are the thermal insulation of roof terraces and exterior walls, the installation of efficient windows, shading of window, the installation of an energy efficient lighting system, an energy efficient heating and cooling system and a building management system. These measures have resulted in annual energy savings of electricity of around 162.5 MWh.
