Residential units for the personnel of the SEACNVS.

The Company for Studies and Development of North Coast of the City of Sfax (SEACNVS) built three residential units for its personnel in Taparura, Sfax in 2017. This multi-family house, which forms part of the company HQ building, comprises 2 floors and has in total a built-up area of 611 m². The main measures to save energy are thermal insulation of exterior walls and roofs, the use of efficient windows, the installation of energy-efficient lighting systems, the installation of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, the installation of solar water heating systems and grid-connected PV systems for electricity self-production.

Description of construction
The 3rd and 4th floors have double brick walls (E/N/W), insulated with rock wool in the middle and exterior polystyrene, and plastered inside. The south façade also has a double brick wall with rock wool insulation in the middle and plaster interior.
