The Mediterranean Clinic

The "La Méditerranéenne de Santé" Company built the Mediterranean Clinic in La Soukra, Ariana in 2016. This Non-residential building comprises 5 floors and has in total a built-up area of 4535 m². The main measures to save energy are aimed at improving thermal and energy efficiency relating to architectural design and construction systems, ventilation systems, heating, cooling of premises and production and distribution systems of domestic hot water, lighting and electrical distribution systems, any other energy consuming system, as well as building management and operation systems. These measures resulted in an annual energy savings of electricity of around 255 MWh.
